  • 20 g Basil, fresh
  • 1 TSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TSP Juice of one lemon, zest a lemon peel to taste
  • salt and pepper


  • Boil Eurodiet organic soy spaghetti in salted water for 6-7 minutes
  • Then pour the spaghetti into a large sieve and let the water drain off.
