  • 1 serving Eurodiet shortbread biscuits
  • 1 TSP Butter
  • 150 gr Skyr, natural
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 TSP Birch sugar
  • Various berries


  • Mix in the skyr and sugar well, stir in the pulp of a vanilla pod
  • Crush Eurodiet shortbread biscuits with a rolling pin
  • Melt the butter and mix with the shortbread biscuits
  • Pour into any shape and press firmly
  • Pour the Skyr measurements over the bottom of the biscuit and place in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Garnish with various berries and enjoy
