Ingredients
- 1 serving Eurodiet shortbread biscuits
- 1 TSP Butter
- 150 gr Skyr, natural
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 TSP Birch sugar
- Various berries
Instructions
- Mix in the skyr and sugar well, stir in the pulp of a vanilla pod
- Crush Eurodiet shortbread biscuits with a rolling pin
- Melt the butter and mix with the shortbread biscuits
- Pour into any shape and press firmly
- Pour the Skyr measurements over the bottom of the biscuit and place in the fridge for 1 hour
- Garnish with various berries and enjoy
