  • 1 Sachet Eurodiet pancakes
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 g Xylitol
  • 25 g Stevia
  • 200 g Skyr, natural
  • 1/2 Pack Powder gelatin
  • 250 g Strawberries, fresh


  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add the xylitol
  • Carefully fold in the egg yolks and then the Eurodiet pancake mixture
  • Fill the measurements into a round baking pan lined with baking paper and cook at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Put in the preheated oven.
  • Then let the dough cool down well
  • Mix the Skyr with the powder gelatine and the stevia and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Finally cut the biscuit base in half and garnish with the skyr and strawberries
