Ingredients

  • 1/2 Little ones Hokkaido pumpkin (approx. 120g)
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • Mixed salad
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Little ones Red onion (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes
  • Cook the pumpkin cubes in a pan with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil until firm to the bite
  • Wash and drain the mixed lettuce
  • Arrange the mixed salad with the pumpkin cubes on a plate and spread the pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil over them.
